How each stage works
Each stage is one or two short pages. You copy a prompt, which is the message you type to the AI. You paste it into your AI, then check what comes back against what the page says you should see. Most stages need nothing more than copy and paste.
What you need
Any AI chat app works for Stages 0 and 1, and a free account is fine. The steps show Claude first, with ChatGPT where the menus differ. Later stages say clearly when you need a paid plan.
